Joy Community Development Corporation (JCDC) holds a Master License to offer the Stratus to residents in Middlesex, Union, Somerset, Hunterdon, Burlington, Ocean, Monmouth and Mercer counties for a little as $1,000. Although Stratus is a commericial enterprise it is 100% owned by Joy Community Development Corporation.

In fact, we hold a special recognition from the State Government for the innovative approach we have taken.  

Since the beginning of the economic downturn in 2007, we have created more jobs and small businesses in New Jersey than any other nonprofit! More than 40 and still counting!

When possible, JCDC also offer franchise grants for those who need the help.
